You tell us exactly what you want — and the most you are prepared to spend.
Make, model, year range, trim, mileage limit and condition. You also set three ceilings: the maximum vehicle price, the maximum auction bid and the maximum total landed budget.
We search US auctions and dealers and bring you real, checkable listings.
Each option arrives in your portal with VIN, auction and lot number, mileage, title status, accident history, inspection notes, photos and the listing link — so you can verify it yourself. Every option is also checked against Ghana's GS 4510 import rules before it reaches you.
Nothing is bought until you say yes to a specific car.
You approve one vehicle in your portal. The decision is recorded with a timestamp — for example "Approved by customer — 12 August 2026, 14:32" — and becomes part of the permanent record of your transaction.
One itemised document before a single cedi is requested.
Vehicle cost, auction fees, towing, shipping, service fee and any estimated port charges — each listed separately, with one stated total in USD and in cedis at a locked exchange rate. Estimates are marked as estimates.
Into the official business account — never a personal one.
You pay against the agreement, into the company account published on our Company page. Once the payment is reconciled an official receipt is issued immediately and linked to your transaction reference.
If the bidding passes your ceiling, we stop.
We bid or buy the approved vehicle within your authorised maximum. Going higher needs a new limit that you approve — the system itself blocks any purchase above the limits on file.
From the auction yard to the vessel bound for Tema.
The vehicle is towed to the shipping facility, inspected for the pre-shipment Certificate of Conformity where the rules require one, and booked on a vessel.
The shipping details land in your portal as they happen.
Booking number, container, vessel name, departure date, ETA and the carrier tracking link — the same information we hold, visible to you without asking.
Tema port, customs, then your keys.
The vehicle arrives at Tema, is cleared and handed over to you. Estimated port and customs charges are shown separately from guaranteed costs, and any difference is explained with the documents behind it.
They are stored with your transaction. Raising any of them takes a fresh, recorded approval from you.
The most we may pay for the car itself, before fees.
The highest bid we may place on your behalf in the auction room.
The ceiling for everything together — car, fees, shipping and clearing.
Every document is filed in your portal as it is produced, so nothing has to be chased by phone later.
6 – 10 weeks from approval to Tema, depending on auction timing and vessel schedules. Shipping lines and port clearing are outside RNJ's direct control; we show you every date as it happens.
