You tell us make, model, year range, trim, mileage limit, condition and budget. You also set three ceilings: the maximum vehicle price, the maximum auction bid and the maximum total landed budget. RNJ is never allowed to exceed them without your new, recorded approval.
We search US auctions (e.g. Copart, IAA, Manheim) and dealers and present matching options in your portal — each with VIN, auction and lot number, mileage, title status, accident history, inspection notes, photos and the listing link so you can verify it yourself.
You approve one specific vehicle in your portal. Your decision is recorded with a timestamp — e.g. "Approved by customer — 12 August 2026, 14:32" — and becomes part of the permanent record.
Before any payment is requested you receive an itemised Purchase Agreement: vehicle cost, auction fees, towing, shipping, service fee and any estimated port charges, clearly marked, with one stated total in USD and in cedis at a locked exchange rate.
You pay only into our official business account. When the payment is reconciled, an official receipt is issued immediately and linked to your transaction reference.
We bid or buy within your authorised maximum. If the auction goes above it, we stop — or ask you first. The system itself blocks any purchase above your limits.
The vehicle is towed to the shipping facility and booked on a vessel. Booking number, container, vessel name, departure date, ETA and tracking link appear in your portal as they happen.
The vehicle arrives at Tema, is cleared and handed over to you. Estimated port and customs charges are distinguished from guaranteed costs, and any difference is shown with documents.
