Don't trust us blindly. Verify.
Importing a car means sending real money abroad before you see anything. So we don't ask for trust — we hand you the means to check what is happening to your money and your vehicle, at every stage, at any time.
Four checks you can run before you pay us anything
Check the company exists
Our registered name, registration number, TIN and physical address are published — not just claimed.
Registration details are published on our Company page — compare them with the Office of the Registrar of Companies before you pay anyone.
Check the vehicle yourself
Every option we present carries its VIN, auction name and lot number, mileage, title status and the listing link.
Run the VIN through any history service, open the auction listing, and compare the photos and title status with what we told you — before you approve anything.
Check who you are paying
One account, published openly: RNJ Automotive Services Ltd.
The account name must match the company name. No staff member may ask for a personal account, a relative's account or a mobile money wallet — whatever reason is given.
Check with people we have served
Completed deliveries are documented with the request, the options, the auction result, shipping and arrival.
Read the Proof Library — published only with each customer's written consent — and ask us to connect you with a previous customer.
What protects your money
These are not promises a staff member can make an exception to. They are rules the platform applies to every transaction, every time — and each one leaves a record.
Read the payment rulesBusiness account only
Payments go to RNJ Automotive Services Ltd. Never a personal account.
Itemised agreement before payment
One stated total, estimates clearly marked, exchange rate locked to a date.
Your spending limits are enforced
Maximum price, maximum bid, maximum landed budget — the system blocks anything above them.
Official receipt on payment
Issued on reconciliation, linked to your transaction reference, stored in your portal.
Separation of duties
The person who records a payment is not the person who confirms it.
Permanent audit trail
Who did what, when, with which document — the record we rely on if anything is disputed.
What that looks like on your transaction
Six habits we keep on every vehicle, whoever the customer is.
You approve the exact vehicle
We present options with VIN, auction lot, mileage, title status and photos. Nothing is bought until you approve one specific vehicle — and your approval is timestamped.
See the processPayments go to our business account only
All payments are made to RNJ Automotive Services Ltd. Our staff will never ask you to pay into a personal account.
Payment safety rulesEvery cost itemised before you pay
You receive a Purchase Agreement listing vehicle cost, auction fees, towing, shipping and other charges with a single total — before any payment is requested.
What's in the agreementYour shipment is trackable
Booking number, vessel, container and tracking link appear in your portal as they happen — and you can check them with the shipping line yourself.

Ask to speak with previous customers. With their permission, we will connect you.
Request a referenceIf any of this happens, stop and call us
These are the signs of a scam being run in an importer's name — ours included. None of them is ever how RNJ works.

You always know who you are dealing with
Everyone who handles your vehicle or your money is named on our team page. If someone contacts you claiming to act for RNJ and is not listed there, check with our office before paying anything.
The questions we get asked most
Nothing here is written to impress you — it is what we would want to know before wiring money for a car we have not seen.
Read the customer policyCheck us first. Then let's talk about your vehicle.
Run the four checks above. When you are satisfied, tell us the car and the budget — you will see options with VINs before you commit to anything.
